In Fashion: Zoe Kravitz Gets Nearly Nude for GQ

If your parents were Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet, you would be this cool too!

Zoe Kravitz stripped down to nearly nothing for GQ Magazine and described how she is starting from the bottom and working her way to the top. As a model, actress and musician she is making a name for herself with hard work.

She wants to make things very clear by saying:

“It’s so much work. But let’s be real: I’m not doing this for the money.”

She understands the celebrity status and the work of both of her parents. She knows that she could easily have a record deal right now or sit around her penthouse and just be cute and rich. However, the most interesting part about her journey is how she wants to pay her dues just like everyone else. Zoe is on tour at the moment with her band “LOLAWOLF” where she is traveling around the country performing at music festivals and opening up for different artists.

In Fashion: Zoe Kravitz Covers April/May Issue of Complex Magazine

Serving fierce dominatrix glam and gearing up for her premiere role in the new movie upcoming blockbuster, Mad Max: Fury Road, Zoe Kravitz covers the latest April/May 2015 Issue of Complex Magazine.

In the interview, Zoe talks purchasing her dream home for the first time, living in Williamsburg Brooklyn, growing up with celebrity parents, eating disorder, Katy Perry grinding on her dad [Lenny Kravitz] during the Super Bowl XLIX halftime show and more.

On going by another name as a kid:

“She wanted to give me an opportunity to be a normal kid,” Kravitz explains. She wasn’t raised by nannies; she has a close relationship with her parents (whom she calls her “buddies”). She says she and her mom are like sisters and that they’re all—Lisa, Lenny, and Zoë—very similar. “I don’t think anyone knows how funny we are,” she says. “It’s like this whole thing where people think we’re so cool and hippie and wear velvet”—which, to her credit, is a hilariously astute observation of what people might think Growing Up Kravitz is like—“but we’re the fucking nerdiest people.”

About her eating disorder:

“I had a really hard time when I was 16, 17, 18. I started with the eating disorder in high school….” She trails off at this, and puts her hand to the side of her face, rubbing her right ear, and then dials back to the beginning of that thought: “Just [a hard time] loving myself.”

Sophia Bush, Hilary Duff, Olivia Thirlby and Zoe Kravitz were spotted at Charlotte Ronson and JC Penney party for I Heart Ronson at NYC’s Chelsea Piers.

The girls looked very good together, especially Zoe! Not bad. The hair frightens me a little but its cute for her.
