Mac Miller is readying for the release of his upcoming album The Divine Feminine. While on Zane Lowe‘s Beats 1 show earlier today, the Pittsburgh emcee premiered a track titled “Dang!” featuring Anderson .Paak; which appears on the forthcoming album.
A groovy track about love gone awry, the collaboration makes for a record perfect to bump for the remainder of summer. Full of horns, drums, and strings Miller and .Paak come together for a seamless song about wanting to lose that one special love.
The Divine Feminine is due out in September and includes features from Kendrick Lamar, Cee Lo Green, and more. As far as what can we expect from the new album Miller says it’s “all about the journey of love”
If “Dang!” is any indication of what the album will sound like we will definitely be giving it a listen. You can check out Miller and .Paak’s magical collaboration below.
Following the buzz of her summer anthem, “F*ck The Summer Up”, which gained the support of Jay Z (who made made it the #1 song and title track for his first TIDAL playlist), and Beats 1’s Zane Lowe(who touted the track as his “World Record” last month), Leikeli47 drops her new track, “My Ex Is A Ho.”
The 808’s-driven track’s chorus pays homage to the late college basketball coach legends Dean Smith and John Wooden while throwing jabs at her cheating ex, and is 47’s first new track since the debut of her self-titled EP earlier this year.
Leikeli47 is currently working on her debut album, and will also be performing at North Coast Festival and Life Is Beatiful Festival next month.
