Just recently gracing the XXL Freshman Class cover, Chicago rising talent Tink chimes back in with a 10-track mixtape entitled Winter’s Diary 3.
The follow-up from her Winter’s Diary 2: Forever Yours (January 2014) project features production from Timbaland, Jelan Abrams, DJ Wes, Cookin Soul, Silly Tha Producer and more. This makes Tink’s sixth mixtape overall.
The two collide right in the heart of Brooklyn NY with dancers in tow, as they hit the pavements, subways, rooftops, and graffiti walls of the classic borough — while Biggie‘s voice stems in the background.
Check out the new 2015 XXL Freshman Class cover featuring Raury, Fetty Wap, Dej Loaf, Vince Staples, K Camp, OG Maco, Sly Glizzy, Gold Link, Tink and Kidd Kidd (earned the fan-voted 10th spot). The cover was shot secretly with almost 100 people on-set. All, who had to sign agreements of NO social media and/or picture taking whatsoever.
You have to admit, this cover is quite accurate at this very moment. Representing cities of the ATL, L.A. to the DMV, and proteges of 50 Cent to Timbaland, the featured ten have a few trending records that are consistently on radio and club play, and have been on our radars for sometime now.
