Brooklyn crooner and rapper Theophilus London has been relatively mum musically since the release of his 2014 album Vibes. It looks like London’s hiatus from music is over with the release of his brand new single “Stay,” off his upcoming album NY THEO.
“Stay” is an uptempo track that gives us all the vibes we’ve come to expect from London including his ability to effortlessly blend genres, giving us a certified dance track. Listen to “Stay” below and we can’t wait to hear what else Theo’s cooked up for this project.

The much-anticipated record has hit the music scene in CDQ form and everyone has been going nuts! Trending for the last 24 hours, Kanye West‘s “All Day” has sent social media into a complete frenzy.
Originator of the track, producer-singer-rapper Velous aka Tyler Bryant told MTV:
“I started putting the track together last summer. I made that beat on my boy’s couch while I was watching Saturday Night Live. I worked on that and I had the main part of it, I already had the skeleton of it [and] it was for my big bro French Montana. I guess Kanye was rocking with it, so he gave it to Kanye and they added some more. Kanye went in, French added some stuff to it and I co-produced it with my big bro.”
In case you didn’t know…French signed Velous to his Coke Boys imprint last year, which is now a joint venture with Swanky Music Group. Since then, Velous has appeared on and produced records for rapper Chinx, Fabolous and DJ Spinking.
To have placements on such top-tier projects, the young artist/producer is well on his way to becoming a household name.

Theophilus London staying true to his word of dropping a new song every week for the month of February gives a new joint “Afternoon” featuring his long time friend Jesse Boykins III. The two have teamed up to form the super group 96 and promise to release an EP sometime in April 2013. “Afternoon” is a combination of TL’s smooth lyrics and Jesse’s soulful voice to make what they describe as a “seductive panty dropping vibe”. Not mad at the description at all if all the tracks have that same vibe this will definitely be in rotation when I have female company around ‘m just saying…. Step into TL’s and Jesse’s new track “96” below.
