#SUMMERFRIDAYS: ‘The Sleepover’ Pajama Party with Masego and GoldLink Performance

Last Friday, Team Epiphany and Complex Media continued #SUMMERFRIDAYS – an annual event series that brings together NYC’s most influential tastemakers – with the second activation of the summer, The Sleepover.

Aptly named, ‘The Sleepover’ was a pajama party for adults that brought back all the nostalgia of the classic 90’s house-party. Held in Brooklyn at the cornerstone nightlife venue Kinfolk, partygoers enjoyed custom-themed cocktails provided by Avion as guests took pictures with  The Sleepover’s mascot, a life-sized teddy bear. #SUMMERFRIDAYS resident DJ, DJ Wonder provided the mix for the evening – which will be available every week here, powered by JBL Audio

This finale  of this year’s #SUMMERFRIDAYS events series will take place this Friday at a Williamsburg hotspot where 10 of NYC’s most influential brands, restaurants and companies will compete to have the highest average score in a charity bowling competition. The winning team will have money donated to the Harold Hunter Foundation in their name. Teams will include: Pintrill, Jason Mark, Mighty Healthy, Sweetchick, Greats, Married to the Mob and more. The event will also include a special guest DJ and amazing eats provided by Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken.

Originally launched in 2009, the series was rebranded in June 2012 as #SUMMERFRIDAYS, and has since become the go-to event for New Yorkers in-the-know.
