#ObamaCare: Supreme Court Upholds Obama Health Care Plan


Before, President Obama leaves his presidential seat in 2017, he made sure that America would rep the benefits of the Affordable Care Act, also known as, Obamacare. Today, the Supreme Court upholds the Obama Health Care Plan. Yet, another victory for the esteemed Pres!

About the health care plan:

The health care law allows the government to provide nationwide tax subsidies to help poor and middle-class people buy health insurance.

The 6-to-3 ruling means that the Affordable Care Act is here to stay even after Mr. Obama leaves office in 2017, and will give it a greater chance of becoming an enduring part of America’s social safety net.

“Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to improve health insurance markets, not to destroy them,” Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. wrote for the majority.
