Tamar Braxton is back with new music and in normal Tamar fashion, she gets completely real.
Today, the songbird drops a new emotional track titled “My Man.” The cover art displays a throwback picture of her parents, Evelyn and Michael Braxton, and is the first single birthed from the label Tamartian Land Records.
Based off of her father’s past infidelity that affected her parents’ matrimony, Tamar uses the past occurrence, flips the subject a bit and touches on how a friend of the family can come in and later steals “her man.”
If you have been tuned into Wetv‘s Braxton Family Values, you can see this season how the sister’s talk about Evelyn and Michael’s past split, and how their father married another woman just after 30 days of the divorce. Later, the sisters prepare to face the woman who changed their family forever.
Check out the song above and see what Tamar had to get off her chest.
