New Music: Kendrick Lamar, Ace Hood, Raekwon & Ghostface Killah

Kendrick Lamar shut the innanets completely down on last night as he debuted his new track “The Heart Part 4” all while trolling fans on Instagram earlier during the day with the artwork seen above teasing a new album.

On the song, Lamar comes back more explosive than ever and shots are being fired. But the question that seems to be dwindling at this point and time is, “who is he referring to? Drake, Big Sean, or both of them at the same time? And is he going after Jay Z as well??” KDot also took a stab at Trump paired with his connection to Russia.

About the “unknown rapper” that he speaks of, he says:

My fans can’t wait for me to son ya punk ass and crush your whole lil shit
I’ll Big Pun ya punk ass, you a scared little bitch
Tiptoein’ around my name, nigga ya lame
And when I get at you homie don’t you just tell me you was just playin’

“Y’all got till April the 7th to get ya’ll sh*t together”, the rapper says as he hints that his new album will be possibly dropping on that day.

New Music: Raekwon feat. Lil Wayne – “My Corner”

For 25 years, Raekwon has been one of the most sought out voices in music; a true originator of lyricism, street fashion and inventive music. On 3-24-2017 the legendary emcee will release his seventh solo album The Wild. Released through his own IceH20 imprint along with EMPIRE, the album is a stark commentary on both the world and the music industry–everything is wild, Rae notes, alluding to his new album’s symbolic title.

With so much uncertainty in the world, it’s never been more apparent that this jungle needs order; and as the apex predator within hip-hop’s jungle, Raekwon plans to restore order with ‘The Wild.’

Today, via an exclusive premiere with Rolling Stone, Raekwon releases the second single titled “My Corner,” which features Lil Wayne.

“Wayne is a charismatic individual and his flows are dumb delightful” Raekwon commented to Rolling Stone. “I studied him way back and appreciated the opportunity to trade bars with him. I always heard his voice on this and I was very pleased hearing him tap dance on a different style of production. “My Corner” is a flashback to them good ole terrible blocks and we take you back to all black outfits. This record must be played at high volume.”

#Trainwreck: Amy Schumer Tries To Impress Method Man with A Rap Freestyle [Video]

amy schumer and method man

While on set, Trainwreck‘s own Amy Schumer tries to impress rapper-actor Method Man with a few freestyles, and well…it doesn’t go quite well, in the beginning. Trying to rhyme from the dome — “off the top,” as Amy would say, put her in a bind of actually getting a verse/words to come out clear enough.

Once realizing that “freestyle rap” just wasn’t her thing, the comedic maven finally writes her words down on paper and impresses the NYC, Wu-Tang rap veteran.
