Empire is back for its fourth season and things pick up immediately after last season’s explosive cliffhanger. Lucious (Terrence Howard) saved Cookie (Taraji P.Henson) from the car bomb planted by their own son Andre (Trai Byers) and Shyne (XZibit).
Cookie narrowly escaped without a scratch but we found out this season Lucious no longer remembers he’s an evil guy and walks with a noticeable limp because he is now missing a leg.
You can always count on Lee Daniels to take it there on this show. The Lyon cubs are thrown for a loop when they meet the new Lucious who is even more accepting of Jamal’s (Jussie Smollet) sexuality. We also meet Lucious’ new friend/nurse Claudia (Demi Moore) whom we can tell already is planning something devious that has Cookie’s bullshit sensors going off.
Hakeem (Bryshere Gray) is also being blackmailed by Diana Dubois (Phylicia Rashad), she is on mission to make Cookie pay. Her plan is to make all of Cookie’s children suffer, she even has her gay son seducing poor Jamal who can never seem to catch a break in his love life.
Andre is learning that dealing with Shyne is becoming more than he bargained for. We also had a brief cameo from Corlatta (Queen Latiffah) from Daniel’s other hit show Star. She pays Lucious a visit but due to his amnesia he doesn’t even remember her.

Tonight’s episode of Power was a super emotional one as Ghost is one of the biggest battles of his life. Not only is he facing life in prison but also looking at death if his super lawyer Proctor doesn’t come through. United Airlines is currently experiencing some very severe turbulence in the form of backlash on social media. It all stems from a video of a seated passenger being forcefully removed from a plane after being randomly selected to give up his seat to accommodate crew members. The video went viral instantly and has already been viewed over 18 million times.
United CEO, Oscar Munoz of course had to say something now that his company is facing a PR nightmare, but after reading this statement he only added more fuel to the fire. Checkout his terrible statement below:
Notice no apology to the passenger that was dragged off the plane though. He even doubled down on his stance in a letter sent to employees that was obtained by multiple news sources.
“This situation was unfortunately compounded when one of the passengers we politely asked to deplane refused and it became necessary to contact Chicago Aviation Security Officers to help,” the letter says. “While I deeply regret this situation arose, I also emphatically stand behind all of you, and I want to commend you for continuing to go above and beyond to ensure we fly right.”

Episode 6 was indeed the ratchet mess we hope it would be! Tonight’s episode opens up with Joseline and Jessica Dimepiece. Joseline is currently on a mission to make amends with ladies now and is looking to recruit them for her music video for her “women empowerment anthem” “Baby Daddy”.
Joseline is looking to bury the hatchet with Jessica, the two manage to hash out their differences and let bygones be bygones. Joseline gets Jessica to participate in her new music video and it looks like they are on the road to becoming besties again.
Speaking of baby daddy, Stevie is now at a crossroads now that him and Joseline are being “civil” again.Realizing that a new edition to the Jordan family is on the way he realizes it’s time to upgrade his living space. He links up with his two daughters, Sade and Savannah to reveal that he purchased a bigger space and they were excited to hear the news. He also revealed to them that Bonnie Bella might be staying there as well so that means Joseline will be there too. His daughters when they heard that news were like:
Stevie manages to convince them things will be different this time around with Joseline. Still on the Jordan family front,Savannah and Sade ask him what’s going on between him and his son Dorian. Stevie reveals they haven’t been seeing eye to eye after Dorian dissed him and stole some studio equipment from him.
Stevie of course wants an apology from his son and decides to meet up with him to hash things out between them. Dorian reveals to his father that his actions were just him basically lashing out his father due to his negligence. Stevie understands his son Dorian’s pain and misses his grandson. Joc on the other hand doesn’t have as much success as Stevie on the baby daddy front. Another day, another large corporation does something incredibly crazy and tone deaf. Tonight Kendall Jenner and Pepsi Co unveiled a new ad for Pepsi Max. In the commercial ,(posted above) Kendall is doing what she does best and that is taking photos. The photoshoot quickly comes to an end when a protest marches past her shoot and she decides to join in.
Now here is where the commercial goes absolutely wrong. Jenner makes her way to the front of the crowd and hands the a cop a Pepsi Max backed by Skip Marley’s track “Lions”. His mood quickly turns from serious, to completely happy and understanding.
The image of Jenner handing the officer a soda quickly drew comparisons to the iconic photo of Ieshia Evans confronting riot gear wearing Baton Rouge police officers.

New week, even more mess on the ratchetness that is Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta. Well Kirk gets a break tonight he’s not the biggest loser tonight. He’s been catching L’s left and right since the beginning of the season. Tonight that BIG L goes to Shooter, the husband of Sierra Gates owner of The Glam Shop.
We learned tonight that Sierra isn’t good at hiring productive people cause her employees are off the chain. We already met loud ass Mimi last week, Sierra also let her loud ass go by the way.
Last week we learned that Joc might be the father of Jasmine’s baby after he revealed he slept with a Jasmine from the same club. His now former friend Rod wasn’t too happy to hear that his boy Joc might have slept with one of his women. Rod is determined to get to the bottom of this mystery and decides to meet up with Joc face to face.Well the meeting of course didn’t go too well with Joc back peddling all over place blaming his lack of certainty on alcohol and sleep deprivation.

It’s a wrap for season 7 of The Walking Dead and it went out giving fans some hope. Season 7 was a tough one for fans, we had to watch our favorite group of survivors bend to the will of Negan and his ruthless saviors and it wasn’t pretty.We lost some favorite characters along the way but it’s good to know we got something to look forward too come season 8.

Rick and the group have finally decided enough is enough and that Negan and the rest of The Saviors have to go. We watched them all season along build alliances and round-up as much weapons as they could for the final showdown with Negan.

Tonight’s season finale opens with Sasha, she is currently riding inside a coffin enjoying some tunes courtesy of an iPod given to her by Eugene, I mean Negan while on her way with the Saviors back to Alexandria.

She is to be used as a pawn in Negan’s plan to thwart Ricks uprising, Sasha wants nothing to do with that plan of course if any of her friends have to die. Meanwhile in Alexandria, everyone is getting ready for the epic showdown. Dwight who has convinced Rick and a very reluctant Daryl to trust him and to let him help them take down Negan. The scavengers also have rolled into town via garbage trucks and bicycles to help as agreed upon. It looks like the plan is all coming together Rick and co!
Maggie is now the defacto leader of The Hilltop now that Gregory is gone. She has decided she will take a group to Alexandria to help aid in the fight against Negan and The Saviors. Not to be left out are the good folk of The Kingdom. With a rejuvenated Carol on the team, they also decided it’s time to fight. Led by King Ezekiel and his pet tiger Shiva they head for Alexandria. Will they get there on time though?
We zap back to Sasha in that coffin, we are treated to scenes or hallucinations of her and her dead boo Abraham. We eventually learn that scenes with her Abraham were just helping her come to terms with what she was about to do. Last episode Eugene gave her a poisonous pill to take so she could end her suffering. Sasha put that pill to use and during her journey in the coffin she took her own life. Hmmmmm what is she up too?
The Saviors on their journey to Alexandria were delayed a bit due to some obstructions in the road thanks to Dwight. Eugene decides it would be a good idea if he went ahead to and try to convince Rick and everyone to not go through with the ambush. Eugene arrives and insists Rick gives up, but Rick isn’t about that life and decides that Eugene has to go. Rick gives the signal for Rosita to trigger the explosives that was set up for the Saviors when they arrive. Rosita presses the button but nothing happens, then the garbage pail survivors turn their guns on Rick and people of Alexandria.

Negan pops out of the truck to take in the look of disappointment on Rick’s face. Looks like everything is going to shit now for Rick now. Negan heads over to the coffin to reveal Sasha and this happens:

Sasha is now a walker and in her death she gives Rick and everyone an opportunity to save themselves. An all-out gun battle between the remaining Alexadrians and Saviors ensues while Walker Sasha is taking a bite out of a Savior.

The mini-uprising is soon quelled by the Saviors and the Scavengers as their numbers are just greater. The Saviors are back in control of the situation and Negan is now pissed, someone has to pay!
Negan decides that not only will Rick lose his hands, but he will also lose his son Carl as he intends on introducing his skull to Lucille. As soon as Negan winds up to knock Carl’s block off this amazingness happens:

Episode 3, season 6 of Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta picks right up where Kirk and Rasheeda saga ended last week. Rasheeda is putting the pressure on Kirk after she learned about Kirk messing around from Karlie Redd. It eventually works on Kirk and he was like:
Kirk’s lying ass admits to sleeping with Jasmine but he doesn’t own up to moving Jasmine into the building,bringing her around the family or even having a relationship with her.
Rasheeda is officially fed up, removes her wedding ring and kicks Kirk and his 3 earrings in one ear having self out of the house.
Waka makes his return to the Love and Hip-Hop world and reveals to the fellas that he hasn’t been home in 6 months. Waka returns home to make his case, but Tammy isn’t trying to hear it all and tells Waka he’s got some work to do on repairing their relationship before he can come back home.
Waka is dead set on fixing things between him and Tammy claiming he misses his wife and daughter. We catch up with Tommie, last time we saw the firecracker she was about fight her momma. We are happy to report this episode she is not fighting and is looking to upgrade her friends. Instead of ending up in a cell, she’s looking to just become an Atlanta socialite. She links up with now stress free Tammy and they head to a “fashion show”.
At the show we are reunited with Jessica Dime, but the focus came on the tension between Tommie and Karlie Redd. Tommie still isn’t here for Karlie after she took her ex-man Scrap De Leon, the two have a very rocky exchange of words and share a awkward ass hug. Tommie is a changed person and opted not to put her hands and feet on Karlie and leaves. Immediately after she leaves she Karlie does what she does best and that is talk about other people’s business, mainly Kirk and Rasheeda’s business.
We even learn that now Mimi used to mess around with Rod too. Damn how many terrible ass men has Mimi messed with her in life?
Speaking of Mimi, she stops by Stevie’s crib to spill the beans on Kirk and Rasheeda’s situation. Man this story is making its rounds. They also used the moment to talk about Stevie’s dilemma with Joseline and the new baby. Mimi lets Stevie know that if in fact that Bonnie Bella is indeed his, she does not want Joseline around her daughter. Like she is the pillar of virtue herself.
Meanwhile… Joseline is still traveling around with a pair of Stevie’s DNA laced underwear and takes them to a DNA testing center. She quickly learns from the doctor she will not be able to use them because she ruined the sample and she needs Stevie’s permission to use his DNA. WELP!
Last week we met Rod and tonight we learn that Jasmine isn’t his only girlfriend. Lord, Mona keeps the shenanigans coming. We learn he is actually in a three-way relationship with another stripper named Keanna that has something in common with Jasmine. The Keanna also has slept with Kirk as well!
Rasheeda is hurt and understandably so, she links up with fellow hurt wife Tammy and the two confide in each other.
Rasheeda admits to Tammy that baby is the breaking point for her. As if all the cheating Kirk was doing wasn’t enough though.

Things pick right up in episode 2 of Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta’s 6th season. Last week’s episode ended with Joseline and Stevie finally having a face to face conversation about the baby after Joseline had him served. Joseline expresses her disappointment in Stebie for not immediately claiming the baby.
Joseline’s tears get Stevie thinking that he might be the father of the baby but he’s taken back when the Puerto Rican princess reveals she is moving to Miami with the baby. Stevie was like:
Stevie doesn’t want that to happen and it appears he’s willing to do anything to see that doesn’t happen and that includes taking a paternity test. Joseline even goes back to Stevie’s crib and spends the night but lets her friend Melissa know that nothing went down. BUT what she did do was steal a pair of Stevie’s dirty underwear for some DNA evidence.
Now onto the other baby drama this season. Jasmine, Kirk’s alleged mistress dropped the bombshell to the loud mouth of the south Karlie Redd about having Kirk’s baby. We find out tonight that even though Jasmine messed with Kirk she has a felon boyfriend named Rod.
Rod is now home after serving time for money laundering, his Love and Hip-Hop claim to fame is he used to work with Young Joc. Jasmine feels terrible that she spilled the beans to Karlie and runs to Rod for advice because he’s been helping her with Kirk’s baby son Cannon.
Speaking of Karlie she meets up with Jasmine to do more detective work because clearly this is her calling. Jasmine after showing regret for telling Karlie in the first place still shows up this meeting this time with plenty of receipts for Karlie. Jasmine has photos, receipts and videos all stored in her phone and shows Karlie and even tells her she met the family giving Karlie everything she needs to go run back to Rasheeda with “tea”.
Karlie doesn’t waste one second and she links up with Rasheeda and tells her everything. Rightfully so Rasheeda was skeptical at first, but realizes Karlie has to be out of her mind crazy to be spreading a rumor like that. With tears in her eyes because she found out her husband of 17-years is willing to lie in her face she hangs onto hope that Jasmine is just scheming on them.
Tommie is released from jail and tonight we meet her momma and things go left immediately between them. Tommie is not feeling her mom’s reception towards her and claims she always “busy” when Tommie gets locked up.
When Tommie’s bail bondsman that she has happen to have on retainer shows up because she visits jail cells often her mom tells him to take Tommie back.
Tommie loses it and the two go at it like they are not even mother and daughter.
Speaking of Mommas, Momma Dee is back and we are unfortunately introduced to her new “blazing” single and her having a Soul Train line in the middle of an Atlanta street.
After her “performance” her and Ernest have a conversation where she learns that her worst nightmare is coming true, Ernest’s momma is moving to Atlanta. Momma Dee is not feeling that and seeks council with her Prince, Scrappy. He tells Momma Dee she is overreacting and needs to chill out and also reveals in the process he and Bambi are not seeing eye to eye at the moment.
Now to the moment we have all been waiting for, Rasheeda and Kirk finally sit down and talk after Rasheeda learned about his shenanigans. She asks Kirk about the information recently revealed to her by Karlie and Kirk basically sat there looking like:
Well of course we didn’t get the full conversation and they left us with the only cliff hanger tonight. We can’t wait to see this whole situation unfold next week.
