Allen Iverson’s Family Featured In Reebok Question Mid x Melody Ehsani Ad

The Reebok Question Mid x Melody Ehsani is not just about Allen Iverson – it celebrates the strong women who have supported him throughout his career.

The most important women in Allen’s life – his daughters Tiaura, Messiah and Dream, and their mother Tawanna – were featured in an exclusive campaign to support the launch of this women’s version of the iconic Question Mid sneaker.  Creative directed by Melody herself and shot by Allen’s long time photographer Gary Land in Charlotte, NC, the campaign features an all over monotone aesthetic to go with the design of the shoe.

“Aside from being one of the greatest players, Iverson to me more so was a cultural leader and game changer, so I made sure to embody some of those elements into the shoe,” says designer Melody Eshani.

The Reebok Question Mid x Melody Ehsani uses three different types of color-matched leather to make up the upper, quarter and heel in order to create dimension on the tonal design.  The tongue has a replica emboss of Allen’s “Hold My Own” tattoo.  On the back heel, there is a Velcro spot that allows you to switch out different leather patch designs of 3 of his other tattoos.  The interior lining features an image of Allen’s cornrows, and the sock liner is a paisley print representing his iconic bandana.  The upper has a black patent toe box, the sole remains ice blue as a nod to the original Question, and there are two lace options – one in tonal vegetable tan, and another in black and vegetable tan bungee inspired lace.

The Reebok Question Mid x Melody Ehsani will go on sale on Friday, December 2nd for $160 at Melody Ehsani’s LA store at 424 1/2 N Fairfax Ave, at and

In Fashion: Reebok Classic Announces Reebok Classic x Melody Eshani ‘CL LTHR LUX ME’

The continuing Reebok Classic x Melody Ehsani collaboration kicks off Fall 2015 with the introduction of a vibrant Classic Leather Lux sneaker, designed to reflect Melody’s edgy street style.
The CL LTHR LUX ME, covered from sockliner to laces in gradient python print, will have trendsetters rejoicing as Melody drops this colorful shoe just in time for late summer. The fashionable sneakers is complete with Melody’s signature lace embellishment for an extra flash and a “brick” rubber outsole that will leave a fierce mark in fashion. This style seamlessly continues Melody’s inspirational messaging with “Just be your yourself” described on the vamp. The shoes also features Melody’s signature take on the modern evil eye, which works to ward off all negativity.
Said Melody Ehsani of the collaboration:
“I’ve often heard musicians say that they see color when they hear certain songs. When I was working on this shoe, I was doing a lot of internal work, struggling with trying to find answers to some of life’s big questions. I’ve done enough work up to this point to know that I just had to go deeper within myself. When I did, I developed a greater awareness of myself, understanding that the core of me is limitless.  We are concrete individuals in a physical world, however we come from an abstract source. The emotion of that limitlessness was best understood to me through the gradation of these colors that I applied to the signature python pattern on this particular shoe.”
The CL LTHR LUX ME will retail for $149.99 and is currently available at and Melody’s LA store at 424 1/2 North Fairfax Ave, LA, CA 90036.
Today, the style will be available widely at retailers including Extra ButterAddictVillaShoe City and
