The fast lane can’t keep up with Tinashe– the 23rd-year-old R&B singer is kicking off fall with her new album, Joyride- whether she’s on a tour bus or dodging L.A. traffic in the driver’s seat.
Tinashe is also the rumored new love interested of Taylor Swift’s ex, Calvin Harris. They have been spotted out several times in LA together. She tell’s Marie Claire in the September issue all about how she joyrides.

On what she drives: “I just got a new car: Ferrari California, black with a red interior.”
On what she sings in the car: “‘Everybody (backstreet’s Back)’ by the Backstreet Boys.”
On her driving: “I probably hit 100 mph before, driving to Vegas. So yeah, I’ve gotten a speeding ticket. I didn’t even try to talk my way out of it. I can’t talk my way out of things if I’m guilty of something. I’m too honest.”
On her driver’s license photo: “My driver’s license photo is bomb. Every tie I go to the DMV, I’m like, ‘Can we reuse that photo?’ I was serving face.”
