Drake continues to add to his already impressive list of 2016 achievements.
The 6 God jumped on Instagram to reveal that his Summer Sixteen Tour is the highest-grossing hip-hop tour in history.
Dethroning Jay Z and Kanye West‘s 2012 Watch the Throne Tour which grossed $75.6 million, Drizzy’s Future-assisted trek grossed $84.3 million, according to Pollstar. An impressive feat considering Summer Sixteen included 56 dates to Watch the Throne‘s 63.
Landing the No. 11th spot, the OVO boss nearly nabbed a top 10 spot coming in behind Celine Dion‘s $85.5 million. The Rolling Stones, Garth Brooks, Paul McCartney, Justin Bieber, Adele, Guns N’ Roses, Coldplay, Beyoncé, and Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band finish off the top 10 in order from lowest to highest.
Kanye West (No. 29, $52.8 million), Macklemore and Ryan Lewis (No. 75, $23.9 million), Salt-N-Pepa/Vanilla Ice (No. 79, $21 million), and Puff Daddy and the Family (No. 95, $17.5 million) also made the list.
Drake’s currently gearing up for his Boy Meets World Tour, which kicks off Jan. 21 in Amsterdam with special guest Young Thug.
