“Do You Have A Black Friend?”: Jimmy Kimmel Hits The Streets And Asks Random White People If They Have Black Friends

In Jimmy Kimmel‘s Pedestrian Question series, the late night host honors Black History Month, as he hits the streets of Los Angeles asking random white people if they have black friends. You will be surprise at some of the answers that you may hear.

When asked the hilarious question, Chuck from Ohio claimed he had a black friend but when asked to name the friend, Chuck could not even pull a name out if his pocket if he wanted to.

However, an Australian woman seemed to be a bit turned when asked if you wanted a black friend. Lol!

A random token black guy was asked if he had any white friends. He answered:

No, no not really.

When asked why:

I don’t know. White people are kinda scary. (as he chuckles)

[The Daily Word] Kelly Rowland Returns … !

Kelly is back again.

Kelly Rowland rocked the outdoor stage on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” last night. After her first single, Motivation being out for damn near a year, Kelly finally gears up promotion for the next single ‘Lay it on me’ featuring Big Sean.

Can we speed up the timing though?

Clad in a black blazer, and sequins boy shorts Kelly delivered two songs off her latest album Here I Am.

She kicked things off with  “Lay It on Me”. Take a look as I dissect a bit …

Peep Lay it On Me…

Now I love this track more than Motivation, and I really just expected more. Just more everything,  more choreography, a better performance outfit and better vocals.

I mean that baggy blazer? Restricting her movements, with that Body Kelly? *sighs*

And towards the middle and end, she struggles vocally .. Like C’mon kelly! Practice your breathing please!

Good Lord.

Let’s move on.

Peep Motivation…

Thank you.

Although vocally she was gasping for air towards the end, I loved this performance. I loved this more than her performance at the BET Awards. I really want that blazer gone though.

She hit the choreo like a champ, she matched the dancer energy which is a must, because her dancers hit the mark every time. She’s gotta keep up with them, she must. Cause they are Killing the performance!

Kells might not wanna work that stage too much if it takes the wind out of her vocals like that at the end of the song. I just want more performance, more promotion. Chill on the pauses, you have an album to promote. It’s your time Kelly seize the moment!

Nicki Minaj stars in Alice in Wonderland…

Miss Harajuku USA, Nicki Minaj gave Johnny Depp a run for his money last night, as the Mad Hatter performed her single “Right Thru Me” for Jimmy Kimmel Live.

I love me some Nicki, but this wig is the pits! It’s like the love Child of Solange and Angie Stone.
