JBL Hosts Luxury Poolside Launch Event feat. Mack Wilds for “Charge 3” Waterproof Portable Speaker in LA

On Saturday, JBL celebrated the launch of the fully submersible “Charge 3” portable speaker with an invite-only Poolside event at a Beverly Hills mansion in Los Angeles. Just off Sunset Boulevard – VIP guests, influencers and music enthusiasts gathers at the luxe home for a day of food, drinks and poolside fun as they demo’d the new waterproof speakers.

In the surprise of the afternoon, multi-talented actor and recording artist Tristan “Mack” Wilds treated the crowd to a performance of his hit songs “Own It” and “Love in the 90’s”. One of Los Angeles’ most popular DJ’s, Kittens provided the additional sounds for the evening as guests vibed-out while enjoying the California sunshine.

The JBL Charge 3 waterproof portable Bluetooth speaker was on display throughout the venue (and in the pool!) for guests to get an exclusive first look & listen to the brand’s latest release. The durable and completely submersible JBL Charge 3 features 20 hours of playtime with a 6000 mAH powerbank that charges smartphones, and JBL bass radiators that pulsate to the beat of the music .

Attend sipped a variety of themed cocktails and enjoyed small bites while they enjoyed the inflatable floats, beach volleyballs, and layed-out on daybeds. Guests snapped pictures by the pool, inside the #JBLpoolside photobooth,  and  inside an ultra-exclusive JBL branded Ferrari 458 Italia.

Last Night In NYC: JBL All-Star Weekend with Jadakiss and Stadium Goods

Recently, JBL hosted an invite only NBA All-Star viewing party at the Harman Store.

The event featured a performance by rap icon Jadakiss and a display of the hottest shoes from previous All-Star weekends provided by premium sneaker marketplace Stadium Goods.

Additional sounds were provided by the legendary DJ Clark Kent and DJ Wonder. Guests of the event enjoyed custom all-star themed cocktails, as well as small bites.

Last Night In NYC: JBL Host Private Screening of Damian Lillard Music Video “Bigger Than Us”

Recently, music fans and basketball enthusiasts gathered for the JBL In Studio private screening of NBA All-Star Damian Lillard’s at new music video “Bigger Than Us” at the Harman Store (JBL’s parent company) in New York City.

Hosted by iconic radio personality and hip-hop journalist Miss Info, the invite-only event provided attendees with an exclusive opportunity to watch the video prior to its world premiere.

The Oakland-native Lillard ,stage-named “Dame Dolla”, was joined by his NBA teammates (Mason Plumlee, Allan Crabbe, C.J. McCollum and more) in celebrating the release of his debut music video. Also in attendance to view the release of the Lillard’s new video was hip-hop mainstay and gatekeeper Sway Calloway.

Inside the event, guest enjoyed custom cocktails and small bites while enjoying the sounds of DJ Wonder. Guests also enjoyed testing out the latest audio products from JBL, including the Pulse 2, and a meet and greet with Lillard.

Last Night In NYC: Phony PPL Performs at JBL In-Studio Launch Event

This week, JBL celebrated the launch of its ‘Pulse 2’ portable speaker with an invite-only listening session at the Harman Flagship Store (JBL’s parent company) in Manhattan.

 

Brooklyn-based band Phony Ppl took the stage to perform brand new tracks off of their yet-to-be-named upcoming album (scheduled to hit shelves later this year), as well as the favorites “Why iii Love the Moon” and “End of the niGht” from their latest album Yesterday’s Tomorrow. The band brought their unique blend of genres and live musicianship as influencers, music lovers and tech enthusiast listened-on.

Inside the store,  guests were able to demo JBL’s line of headphones and speakers including the recently released ‘Pulse 2’, which provided a custom show, filling the room lights of various hues that synced with the live music.

Guests sipped cocktails, enjoyed small bites and snapped pictures inside the #JBLinStudio photobooth while DJ Wonder provided the rest of the sounds for the evening.

Fly Events: JBL’s ‘Dare to Listen’ Experience featuring The Synchros S700 Headphones

Snowy weather couldn’t stop New Yorkers from coming out to celebrate the third and final installation of JBL’s ‘Dare to Listen’ experience, held at PH-D at The Dream Downtown. Guests mingled and sipped on specialty cocktails from Ciroc and Heineken, while listening to sets from DJ Wonder and hip-hop legend DJ D-Nice.
