iHeart Radio and The Breakfast Club are not letting Birdman‘s infamous so-called word, “Respek” die at all. This time around, they decided to have a few kids try and decipher the term, and figure out how to pronounce it.
With tilted heads, squinted eyes, and overall looks of confusion, the kids had no idea what the epic quote meant.
Last Night In NYC…Team SFPL was on-board as Pepsi kicked off its Summer Music Campaign in a big way, teaming up with iHeartRadio to host a never-before-seen concert on the Hornblower Infinity Yacht with exclusive performances by Flo Rida and surprise guests Jeremih and Prince Royce, hosted by POWER 105.1’s DJ Prostyle.
R&B star Jeremih started the show off with his chart-toppers, “Don’t Tell ‘Em” and “Somebody.”
Prince Royce stopped by and sung his crossover ballad “Stuck On A Feeling”, along with other crowd favorites.
Headliner Flo Rida took the stage to close out the night, taking fans on a journey through all of his hits, including “Low”, “GDFR”, “Wild Ones” and “Where Them Girls At”. And to cap it off, Flo Rida and Jeremih performed their song “Tonight Belongs to U!” for the first time ever to a live audience.
Leading-up to the concert, Pepsi and iHeartRadio gave away tickets to the show every hour to fans on New York’s Power 105.1, Z100, 103.5 KTU and 106.7 Lite FM. Music has always been a critical element of Pepsi’s DNA and last night, Pepsi continued its ongoing tradition of giving consumers unparalleled access to experiences and events, taking it to the next level.
