The Internet Explodes After Watch Game of Thrones Season 7 Finale.

Season 7 of Game of Thrones cemented itself as one of the HBO original series best after tonight’s season finale. The 79 minute finale followed up the epicness of the penultimate episode that aired last week as we witnessed one of the most epic battles yet between Jon Snow and his nemesis the Night King.

Lets break it down swiftly shall we?

Everyone finally came together to unite under one cause and that is take down the Night King. Lets also salute Daenerys for her amazing entrance into the meeting by arriving on the back of her dragon.

Way to send a message Dany, Cersei wasn’t impressed at all but still bravo, bravooooo! Anyway they immediately get to business and tell Cersei she has bigger things to worry about and they should join forces.

Of course Cersei couldn’t and shouldn’t be trusted cause she had no intentions of joining with Jon and Daenerys to take on the Night King and his army of the undead. Euron immediately bounced back to his island after seeing and hearing about the undead threat .

But this was all a rouse, Cersei planned behind Jaime’s back with the help of her new friend Euron.  Jaime wasn’t too pleased to learn of his sister/bae’s moves and decided he has had enough of her crazy ass and decided to leave with his gold hand. Jaime made a promise to help fight the great war and he intends on keeping it so he heads north.

With no clue of what Cersei is planning behind their backs, Jon and Daenerys head back to Casterly Rock to plan a course of action.

Theon decides  is a good time to make amends with his old friend Jon. Theon is seeking redemption and wants to get his sister back from the clutches of his evil but very stylish uncle Euron. Jon is still not feeling his faux brother, but he still respects him because deep down and lets him know he is still a Stark.

With his newfound confidence Theon goes to rile up the troops to gave save their queen, but one in particular isn’t trying to hear Theon. After threatening Theon, he finally decides to beat it into Theon’s head that they are not going to rescue his sister. After getting his ass whooped for a while, Theon finally gets an opening and grows some balls and beats down his attacker earning his the remaining soldiers trust.

GO THEON! Now back in Winterfell, when we last saw the Stark sisters Sansa and Arya were at odds and things were very icy between the two. Arya is suspicious of her sister and Sansa is outright terrified of Ayra. Sansa seeks the council of Littlefinger which is never really a good idea. That is unless you are plotting some scandalous shit. After speaking with Littlefinger, Sansa summons her guards and tells them to bring Ayra before her and it looks she’s putting her own sister on trial.

We are thrown for a curveball when it’s not Ayra in fact that’s on trial but it’s Littlefinger  who is absolutely shocked when Sansa calls him out.

Sansa reads the fuck out of Littlefinger pointing out all of his egregious actions but it was this moment that sealed his fate:

Sansa determines his fate but it’s the cold-blooded one, Ayra who ends Littlefinger’s  run playing the game.

So long Littlefinger, you won’t be missed at all :-). Now to the moment that everyone was sort of waiting for but wasn’t cause it was just going to be weird if and when it happened. Yup that’s right Jon and Daenerys finally consummated their “friendship”.

This all happens while Sam finally arrives back in Winterfell and engages in a conversation with the 3-Eyed-Raven, Bran. While Jon and Dany are combining fire and ice, Bran is explaining to Sam exactly how they are related to each other.

Bran reveals to Sam that Jon’s father is still married to his mom and that Jon, his real name is Aegon and that he is the rightful heir to the throne, not Dany.

Well we will be looking forward to that conversation when Game of Thrones returns for its final season in 2019. Now of course it wouldn’t be a season finale if we didn’t at least check in with our new favorite villain the Night King.  The White Walker march finally comes to end, they have made it to the magical gigantic wall that even Trump couldn’t envision having.

Now it’s just a bunch zombies right? How are they supposed to bring down the wall and cross over into Winterfell?  One word VISERION!

The Night King comes swooping in on his newest toy Viserion who lays waste to the wall with his ice breath.

Awww shit, with the wall now gone the Night King and his army descends upon Winterfell to wreak havoc on the world.

Shit just got real. Now one question looms as this season comes to end and that is what is the fate of fan favorites Tormund and Beric? They were at the wall when the Night King attacked and we have no clue if they are dead. Now we didn’t see if them actually perish so we are going to hold onto hope for the both of them.

Well we will have to wait till 2019 when Game of Thrones returns to find out. For now hit the gallery below to see the best reactions from the Twitterverse while watching tonight’s season finale of Game of Thrones.

Crown Me: Game of Thrones Season 6 Goes Out With A Bang

eason 6 finale of Game of Thrones was E P I C to say the absolute least. You would have thought it would have been extremely hard for them to follow-up the “Battle of The Bastards” episode but they did!

The trial of the century as far as Game of Thrones goes finally takes place. Cersei and Queen Margaery’s brother Loras were set to face judgement from the annoying High Sparrow.

Queen Margaery looked like she was about to get her revenge on Cersei with the help of the High Sparrow. Loras admitted to his “crimes” and was mutilated after he gave his name and became of member of the Sparrow’s crazy cult. Margeary wasn’t here for that at all, but most importantly Cersei’s was noticeably absent and that was lingering in the back of her mind.

Margaery rightfully so knew something was wrong, of course the sinister Cersei had something up her sleeve. As the trial carried on without her, all of the cogs in Cersei’s dastardly plan were quietly spinning.

Sir Gregor, Cerseis zombie protector kept King Tommen from going to the trial by holding him in his quarters. Meanwhile disgraced Maester Qyburn and his “little birds” (candy addicted spies/assassins) dispatch Grand Maester Pycelle in a gruesome scene. Nothing could prepare the folks attending that trial for what was going to happen to them next. Margaery knew her nemesis Cersei had them all setup and made and attempt to leave, but unfortunately none were aware they were about die a fiery death by wildfire that was stored below them.

In one blow Cersei took out all of her adversaries, she is one cold B I T C H!

BUT that move also proved to be a costly one for her as well (or was it). In the process Cersei lost her last remaining child Tommen who decided to take a leap of faith out of a window after losing his queen.

The prophecy of Cersei being all alone has come true, all of her children are dead but at least she still has Jaimie I guess. Speaking of Jaimie me makes his return home so he can run to the arms of Cersei only to see a huge hole in the middle of Kings Landing.

When the smoke cleared, it now leaves Cersei as the Queen of the seven kingdoms as she now sits on the Iron Throne.

Moving on from Kings Landing, whats going on with Daenerys Targaryen? Everything is falling into place for the Mother of Dragons. After successfully defending Slaver’s Bay now fittingly called Dragon’s Bay it’s time for her to hop on a boat and take her insanely large army and dragons to Westeros.

Before she does so, she tells her lover Daario that he cannot come and he must remain in Essos and ensure that the peace continues. Daario isn’t here for it and can’t let that sunshine go and already knows this suggestion comes at the hands of her trusted adviser Tyrion. Daenerys decides to talk to her small but wise adviser and it’s here  Tyrion admits his admiration for his queen and it low-key looks like he’s falling for her too. Daenerys takes the opportunity to thank Tyrion for all he has and done and makes him the official Hand of the Queen.

Daenerys and her mighty army set sail finally it looks like we will finally get the showdown between her and Cersei we all have been waiting for.

oprah audience gif

We also get an update on the girl who still has a name Arya Stark. Looks like she has finally acquired the skills of the many faced crew and pulls a fast one on creepy Walder Frey. Frey still celebrating taking Riverun from the Blackfish with the help of Jaime and the Lannister armies. Frey is enjoying a quiet meal alone in his hall when a young attractive woman serves him a meat pie. He notices that she isn’t a lady of his court because she is “too pretty” and then proceeds to smack her on the butt.

He starts to wonder where his son’s are and the young woman replies to him “they’re here”. Walder looks at her pretty much like:

Meek Mill Shouts Out Drake During Concert

The young lady then shows Walder Frey that his meat pie was made from his sons as a finger could be seen in the pie. She then pulls off her mask to reveal that she is indeed Arya Stark. In the bossiest way possible,  she pulls back Frey’s head and slit’s his throat.

Just like how they did her mother now that’s what I call revenge. Arya is now a cold-blooded assassin and is crossing names off her list. UH OH Cersei and Jamie look out Arya is coming for you and she most definitely has a name!

Last but most definitely not least we catch up with Jon Snow. Fresh off their victory reclaiming WInterfell with the help of Sansa, Petyr Baelish and the Knights of Vale there seems to be some tension between Jon and Sansa. Jon of course the good brother that he is admits to Sansa that if wasn’t for her they would have been defeated. He is a bit weary why she didn’t tell him about Petyr as Sansa has become a bit sneaky. That’s definitely a product of Petyr rubbing off on her.  Jon tells Sansa they must trust each other in order for them to remain strong together. Sansa informs Jon of a white raven lying to Winterfell. “Winter is here” Sansa tells Jon, the two have a moment.

Now if you remember last episode Davos found the hand carved reindeer he gave to Shireen the daughter of now dead Stannis Baratheon. Davos grew very fond of the young girl, so to find her scorched corpse was very heartbreaking for him. He interrupts a conversation between Jon Snow and Melisandre. Davos demands Melisandre admit to Jon what she did to the little girl in the name of the Lord of Light. Melisandre begrudgingly admits to the sacrifice but explains that Stannis and the child’s mother were for the move. Basically she told the truth partially cause Shireen’s mother definitely didn’t want to burn her at the stake.

Davos was not hear for any of it!

Davos insists the Jon executes Melisandre but instead Jon banishes her from Winterfell telling her if she ever returns she will be killed. Now which brings us to the biggest reveal of the entire episode! You didn’t think they would forget about Bran and his super long journey right? Bran wargs back in time to the moment where the old Three Eyed Raven stopped him from seeing who exactly his father was about to see in the Tower of Joy. We find out the Ned encounters his sister Lyanna Stark who is dying after giving birth to a child. We find out that child is indeed Jon Snow making him a Stark and not Ned’s bastard son.

The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 3 Memes

BUT that’s not at all, not only is Ned Stark not Jon’s father we also find out the Rhaegar Targaryen is Jon’s father making him a not only a Stark but a Targaryen as well.

Power Season 2, Episode 8 Recap

In order to protect his sister’s child Ned claims Jon as his own bastard because remember it was open season on Targaryen’s, they were being slaughtered. Lyanna makes her brother promise to protect her son and for the most part Ned did just that.

From there we zap back to Jon in Winterfell where all the clans in the North unite and decided to follow the White Wolf, Jon Snow who has been named the King of The North!

All of the pieces are set for the game, now we can’t to see how this all plays out in season 7 of Game of Thrones!

Of course we had to see what the fans reaction to the Season 6 finale were. Hit the gallery below to see the hilarious reactions to the final episode of Season 6 of Game of Thrones.

Jon Snow Season 6 Episode 3

on Snow is back and he’s confused but most importantly he’s angry and that doesn’t bode well for the men (Alliser Thorne and co) and one boy (wack ass Ollie) who betrayed him. Davos does his best to calm Jon down and delivered one of the best lines in the episode: “You were dead. Now you’re not”.

Meanwhile Melisandre who seemed to have lost her way with her faith has found it again after Jon Snow’s resurrection.

We also get an update on Jon’s buddy Sam and his boo Gilly and his adopted son little Sam. They are currently on a boat with Sam’s destination being Old Town to become a Maester. There are no women allowed there so Sam will drop Gilly and the baby off with his family in Horn Hill.

Sam and Gilly Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 3

That reunion should be interesting since Sam described his father as a fat-shaming douche that made him join the Nights Watch in the first place. The big awww moment came when Gilly called Sam “the father of her child”  though.

Back in Kings Landing,Cersei and brother/lover Jaime are getting back to their Lannister ways. They pay a visit to disgraced maester Qyburn the man behind Cersei’s zombie bodyguard Sir Gregor.

Sir Gregor Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 3

He is now in control of Varys’ little birds (spy network of children) since Varys skipped town with Tyrion. Cersei informs Qyburn that she wants him to place the child spies across the land to find out information. Cersei intends to rub out the High Sparrow with a trial by combat using Zombie Gregor as her champion. The incestial duo also crash a council meeting between Olenna Tyrell, Grand Maester Pycell, Mace Tyrell and the Hand of The King Cersei’s uncle Kevan who like most of us can’t stand her ass. The hilarious part was them busting in the meeting while Pycell was talking about Gregor and he didn’t see them standing there. Only to turn around and see zombie Gregor looking right at him and farting at the mere sight of the menacing creature.

Pycell Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 3

Young King Tommen representing the furious Lannisters storms into the Sept and demands that High Sparrow allows his mother to visit Princess Myrcella’s grave. Somehow someway the High Sparrow was able to throw the Tommen off with bevy of compliments.

High Sparrow and Tommen Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 3

Tommen clearly wants folks to put some Respek on his name as the King but it’s clear the High Sparrow isn’t here for it.

Danearys has finally arrived to Vaes Dothrak the giant tent city home for the nomadic Dothraki. As we learned last week being that she is the widow of a dead Khal she is to spend the rest of her life with other Khal widows in the tent temple as a Dosh Khaleen. In her mind we are sure her reaction is something like:

She finally meets with the other Khal widows and she isn’t impressed at all.

Daenerys Game of Thrones Season 6, Episode 3

As she always does she makes sure to get out all of her names and we mean every single one of them. The leader of the  Dosh Khaleen isn’t impressed and informs the Mother of Dragons that before she will be accepted as a Dosh Khaleen she has to face the khalasars who will decide her fate. Meanwhile in her abandon Queendom of Meereen, Varys has discovered who is funding the Sons of the Harpy who are raising all types of hell for the unsullied.

Arya is still going through her Rocky like training and getting the life beat out of her with a staff. She finally starts to adapt to her sudden blindness and get the best of her tutor.

Arya Stark Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 3

Arya finally convinces Jaqen that she has “No Name” and he allows her to drink from the well of deadly water. Instead of it killing her, the water gives Arya her sight back finally now we hope she goes looking for that girl and smacks her with a stick one good time.

We also see what the new Lord of Winterfell Ramsey Bolton is up to since he killed his own father and newborn brother last episode. Ramsey has gotten both Northern families the Karstacks and the Umbers to get on board with his plan to take out Jon Snow. Ramsey requests that the Umbers bow a knee to him but they refuse and instead have something better to offer. They offer the sadistic bastard Olsa the Wildling and Rickon Stark and as a bonus the head of Rickon’s direwolf Shaggydog.

Rickon Stark Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 3

The Stark’s just can’t seem to catch a break as this is just an awful development for them. Another Stark, Bran is still currently reliving past events with the Three Eyed Raven. In the latest flashback Bran witnesses a battle between his father Ned Stark and Arthur Dayne. It’s been legend that his father was a master swordsman and easily handled Dayne but he learns in the flashback that wasn’t the case. Dayne was stabbed in the back by Howland Reed leaving Bran upset at the dishonorable move.

Bran Stark Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 3

Ned hears a scream at the top of the tower and decides to run to it, before he starts running Bran screams out to the younger version of his father. Young Ned stops in his tracks as if he can hear his future son’s voice. Before thing’s get interesting the Three Eyed Raven ends the flashback much to the dismay of Bran.

Finally we head back to the wall, Jon Snow finally has come to terms with escaping the clutches of death. The men who killed him are set to be hung.

Jon Snow Oathkeeper Game of Thrones Season Episode 3

Jon Snow is tasked with execution the four members of the Night’s Watch for breaking their oaths. This scene is significant as it is very reminiscent to the opening scene of Season one where Ned Stark chopped off the head of a oathbreaker. Snow gives one last look to young Ollie who delivered the decisive blow to Snow when he stabbed him in the heart. The stare was completely replaced with anger as Snow cut the rope sending the traitors to their hanging deaths. After it was all said and done and feeling that his oath has been fulfilled, he takes of the cloak of the Lord Commander and hands it to Dolorous Edd. With that move Snow officially ends his watch.

Fly Trailers: HBO Drops Haunting Game of Thrones Season 6 Teaser and Posters

HBO is gearing up for the debut of Season 6 of Game of Thrones on April 24. Ahead of the premiere the network has chosen to rile fans up with a haunting and short teaser that only leaves us dying to know more.  Season 5 ended with a cliffhanger that only left fans with a lot of questions about who is alive or dead.

To complement the teaser and only further drag out the suspense, HBO has also released an array of character posters featuring characters living (or presumed to be living) and dead resting comfortably inside the hall of the Faceless Men. Introduced in Season 5, the Hall of the Faceless Men houses the countless human faces that the mysterious shapeshifting group can use to morph into. The posters are accompanied by defining quotes corresponding to each specific character.

The posters include already deceased characters Joffrey Baratheon, Oberyn Martell, and Robb Stark. The other posters feature still-living characters Jaime Lannister, Arya Stark, Sansa Stark, Tyrion Lannister, and Cersei Lannister.

Season 6 marks the first time that the show will be continuing past the current written source material of George R.R. Martin’s, A Song of Ice and Fire book series. This only means fans have no idea what to expect and what’s to come will be all the more shocking. Check out the teaser, posters, and exclusive first images below.
