Leaders of the “Fashion New School,” Public School designers Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow have taken on the new venture as DKNY‘s new Creative Directors.

Amongst having major success with their current NYC street-wear brand, this move places the fellas in the highest mark of the fashion industry. Hey, it’s DKNY for God sakes! Could you imagine now being responsible for every design of such a major design chain. We’re sure that Maxwell and Dao-Yi are ecstatic!

The classic line of Donna Karan International is owned by LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) Fashion Group.

Caroline Brown, who is the Donna Karan chief executive is indeed ready for a new look, as she stated the team will re-energize and also redefine what authentic New York really means for DKNY. Today’s world is quite different since the line’s earlier years, as now there’s fast living, extreme innovation and global competition at the highest level, Caroline expresses.

We can’t agree more!
