Bow Wow oops Shad Moss is trending on the internet and it’s not for the right reasons at all unfortunately. Yesterday Shad embarked on a press run for his new show Growing Up Hip-Hop Atlanta. He posted a very stuntastic photo showing a private jet and two luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Harmless right? Welp unfortunately no. The internet has some of the greatest gumshoes in the world and they are equipped with the best technology ever and that is a smart phone and social media apps. It turns out Bow Wow’s Instagram post turned out to be as fake as Donald Trump’s hair when a social media user caught Bow Wow flying commercial instead of private.
L O L! His stunting even earned him “Donkey of the Day” status on The Breakfast Club this morning!
But wait that’s not all, not only are their great internet sleuths on social media but there also most creative comedians in the world. To add more insult to injury the internet decided it’s time for a new challenge and now we have the #BowWowChallenge. Using their camera phones, folks did their best takes on Bow Wow’s failed attempt at balling and it’s absolutely amazing.
New up & coming duo, Cool Amerika stopped by the SFPL Studio to talk about their new music & videos, T.I., OutKast, Bow Wow, the REAL meaning of the dance craze — #DAB, internet beef: Erykah vs. Iggy Azalea and much more.
When asked about Bow Wow’s YouTube video about his version of what the DAB really means:
I get what he’s saying but he had it wrong. DAB came from how you dress, how you put it on, but it has to be in you — not on you. You be in mirror checking yourself out like….Wooooo (hence “I look fresh”) [insert DAB]!
With a new album and mixtape on the way in 2016, the fellas advise us of features from the likes of; Wayne Wonder, B.o.B, recently being released from jail — rapper & 1/3 of Migos — Offset and more. On their wish list, fingers are crossed to work with Tory Lanez, Bryson Tiller, RJ & Choice, Nicki Minaj.
Looks like Meek Mill might be in trouble with the long arm of the law once again. TMZ exclusively reports that Meek’s probation could be revoked by a judge for an unsolicited trip sending the Philly rapper right back to prison.
The trip in question was his visit to L.A. to attend the AMAs with his boo Nicki Minaj on November 22nd. It seems the couple has had their share of bad news this month with Minaj’s brother currently facing rape charges.
Today, Hot New Hip Hop delivers their latest installation of On The Come Up featuring Brooklyn emcee, CJ Fly.The up-and-coming artist participates in an exclusive interview and freestyle he did for the release.

He also talks about his past 2013 mixtape The Way Eye See It and leaks even more info on the forthcoming EP turned LP Flytrap. Of course, we dig the title already! Ha!

Shad Moss A.K.A Bow Wow, received ‘Donkey of the Day’ from Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club’sCharlamagne Tha God. Charlamagne called Bow Wow oops Shad Moss out for calling Empire stereotypical. He went down Shad’s acting track list which shows he had played some stereotypical roles himself. I mean how could we seriously forget The Lottery Ticket :-(.
But Shad didn’t like being called ‘Donkey of the Day.’ He took to twitter to express how he felt by tweeting out an old video of Charlamagne running from a group of men in New York.
It doesn’t stop there, Charlamagne also commented on Shad’s relationship with LHHNY’s own Erica Mena. That didn’t sit well Erica so she decided to say a few words as well.
And then she continued.
Well that escalated quickly.
Instead of clapping back at Erica and Shad, Charlamagne tweeted out the link to today’s segment of ‘Donkey of the Day,’ the Shad Moss edition. Check out the ‘Donkey of the Day’ clip below.
