Fly Girl, Ciara brought sexy back with her receipt last week as the siren appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Clad in an amazing black gown with side cut-outs detailed in leather, a sexy side slit and a pair of killer heels, Ciara brought the Body Party to NYC!
