Both his clients and personal commitment to training is unsurpassed. Christopher’s clients are a mixture of highly motivated athletes, high profile industry V.I.P’s, Celebrities, and Corporate professionals. His 1-2 hour daily personal regiment includes, but, is not limited to working out 5-7 days a week mixing sports, weight training, core, flexibility & cardiovascular training together. Combining other forms of exercise training through kickboxing, calisthenics, trx suspension training, total body conditioning, body sculpting, circuit training etc. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or just look and feel better about yourself, Slate fitness is the way to go!  With a referred list of over 100 clients, Christopher has developed a reputation for his popular no nonsense style approach to training.

Also, in his spare time, he is a member of  Team New York Sports Club & since 2000 has participated in the New York City Bike Marathon. He has also appeared on MTV’s “Making The Band” and VH1’s “I Wanna Work for Diddy” as a guest trainer, informercials for New York Sports Club and Nautilus, furthermore, he has donated time to appear as an athlete in a public service announcement for a Partnership for a Drug Free America.

Christopher’s reach extends beyond the American borders of New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. In Mexico, he is sponsored to lead groups of women and men through a rigorous boot camp that is designed to maximize the potential of all his recruits. The course consists of ocean swimming, beach running, enhanced calisthenics, excursions (which consists of mountain biking, kayaking, reef snorkeling, and hiking), and group fitness classes. Moreover, as a Drill Sergeant/Instructor, his responsibilities also included conducting workshops, such as Q & A and Fitness 101. His passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals is priority number one.

Christopher also specializes in pre/post natal exercises for women, sports specific off-season performance enhancement training, muscular development training, endurance-marathon & triathlon training and functional training for everyday living are just some of the tools he applies to the seasoned professional, novice and/or average person searching to achieve set goals or dreams.

In addition to his interest in sports and fitness, Christopher has studied accounting and business management at Berkeley College of Business.

Christopher lives in Manhattan, and along with his other accomplishments, is with Paradigm Talent Agency and a fashion model with Boss Models, home to the first male supermodels, such as Markus Schenkenburg, Joel West and Matt King.  He has appeared in Vanity Fair, GQ, Allure, Vogue, Maxim, Cosmopolitan and Men’s Health Magazine just to name a few.

Christopher is innovating the fitness industry by changing how people think about themselves, utilizing the art and science of exercise for mental and spiritual growth, as well as the physical.
