Its Official: Beyonce to Perform at the VMAs!

The net has been buzzing with news that Beyonce may be performing at the VMAs this year, and now its official!  MTV confirmed earlier today that she will indeed be performing her latest single “Sweet Dreams“.  This will mark the 3rd time that Sasha Fierce has performed for the show, and having been nominated for a total of nine VMAs this year, its only right!

As if that isn’t enough exciting news, DC rapper Wale, along with legendary Go-Go band, UCB, will serve as the official house band for the night.

    She is the reason I watch the vma tht and her hubby oh and the fashion wither hit or miss …. so ill watch I hope its better thn last year

    ok so i’m watching JUST to see UCB and Wale shut it down!!! SO proud of my dc talent….especially UCB…RE and BYB and chuck normally get the big stuff…so proud *sniff* wale is dope, saw him at the 9:30 and it was a straight gogo show!! loved it. people expecting to hear mixtape wale might be in for a surprise at the VMA…cant wait!
