A preview of Y-3’s 2009 fall/winter Hayworth Mid II high-top has been unveiled. The shoe’s clean, seamless toebox features embossed stripes with neat and closely spaced lacing. An ankle strap and chunky ribbed paneling on the heel finish things off. Available in red, blue and black.
