Maggie and Jesus are not seeing eye to eye on things especially after he decided to take his name literally and save remaining Saviors instead of killing them. His decision ultimately ruffled Morgan’s feathers causing him to leave the group after an intense fight between them. Jesus brings them to The Hilltop much to the dismay of Gregory and Maggie.
They both know just how brutal they are and honestly, they don’t deserve any sympathy from anyone. Maggie isn’t too happy to learn about Jesus giving away food that they can’t really afford to give away. Especially to a bunch of people who tried to kill them not too long ago.
After much deliberation and some conversations with punk ass Gregory, Maggie decides to let the captured Saviors live. Maggie feels they can be used as bargaining chips and decides to throw them in a makeshift prison. For good measure, Maggie throws Gregory’s traitorous self in the prison with them. Maggie’s decision doesn’t sit well with Aaron who is still grieving over his boyfriend’s death.
Aaron drops off the baby Rick found and decides he can’t stay, Enid also decides she wants out as well. The two hop in the car and head out on their journey.
