Justine Skye releases the video for her breakout single “Back For More.” Directed by Grizz Lee, singer/songwriter & actor Rotimi from the STARZ Original Series “POWER” plays Justine’s love interest in the music video. The chemistry between the two is nothing short of electric as the video chronicles the happier times at the beginning of a loving relationship before the two break-up and things go sour.

“Shooting this video with Rotimi was so much fun. It was basically improv and we just fed off of each other” says Justine. “We started just days before I was scheduled to start filming my first acting role in “Green Dolphin so he also gave me great advice and definitely made me feel a bit more comfortable about what to expect for when I started filming the movie.”

Produced by Hit-Maker and AyoNKeyz, the track is available for download/streaming at all digital partners HERE via Roc Nation/Republic Records.

Rotimi debuts his new EP, Jeep Music Vol. 1 today! The 8 song EP features Rotimi’s sultry brand of R&B along with guest appearances from 50 Cent, T.I. and Kranium on the Afrobeat/Reggae tinged single, “Want More“.

Jeep Music Vol. 1 is currently #3 on the iTunes R&B Albums Chart behind SZA & Khalid. The project details the ups and down of love, a homage to the vehicle driven by his ex.

In addition to his new project, Rotimi can also be seen on Starz’s top-rated series, POWER as well as across the country as the opening act for August Alsina’s Don’t Matter Tour.

In the midst of a busy summer touring schedule and consecutive chart-topping releases, acclaimed duo Brasstracks returns new single featuring vocalist duo VanJess. This is “Favorite,” out now for streaming and purchase.

Premiered via tastemaker Jamz Supernova on the mighty BBC Radio 1Xtra earlier this week, “Favorite” is all we’ve come to know and love from the Brasstracks camp and more. The Grammy winning producers have taken a softer, more subtle approach to their newest release, choosing to provide a sultry bed of instrumentals for VanJess’ stellar vocals to rest on. “Favorite” is a refreshing new direction from the highly-sought after act and it remains to be seen what they have up their sleeves for the rest of the calendar year. An impending two part project and national tour are soon to be announced – watch this space.

Our managers introduced us and suggested that it would be a good idea for us to record a track together. Fortunately for us, they were right! The whole process was very natural and easy. We recorded in a small studio that only had two microphones and a small writing room, but that was all we needed to be honest. We cut two songs during the session including ‘Favorite’, which really felt like a sexy summer record!” – Brasstracks and VanJess

VanJess is comprised of Nigerian-American sisters Ivana and Jessica Nwokike. The pair originally made a name for themselves through YouTube covers, where they have accumulated over 35 million views across the platform. The duo continues to unleash covers, while also releasing original content including the latest video for their single, “Touch The Floor” feat. Masego.

Rising Los Angeles artist, QUIÑ, has today released her brand new single called “Sticky Situation” featuring Syd (The Internet). The single which had its audio premiere on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio Show “Breaking” segment and visual premiere via The FADER is (as the title suggest) a sticky reverberation of electronic production (Krys$hun) complimented by the slinky vocals from the two LA natives. Watch the equally scintillating video, directed by: Gerard Bush + Christopher Renz.

Speaking to The FADER, QUIÑ had this to say about the making of the track“I got together with Syd at her crib and we kicked it, played some beats, and this ended up being the mood. So, you know a sticky situation when you taste one. A bitter sweet now and later type of love. It’s a flavor, it can be yummy, but it won’t last long… like bubble gum lol.”

The single is taken off QUIÑ’s upcoming sophomore EP, Dream Girl, which will be released (via Kobalt Music Recordings) this fall. The 5-track project is a follow to the singer’s debut project, GALACTICA, that was released last year. The EP features a slew of guest acts including Syd, 6LACK and more. Produced by QUIÑ’s long time producer Krys$hun, the EP is another taste of what QUIÑ is calling her own blend of genres called “fantasy soul.”
