Representing Philly to the fullest, Lihtz’s natural talents have been the driving force behind his success. The MC got his big break when added to the cast of television’s most popular show, Empire, thus exposing the world to his music.

Today, Lihtz takes another step forward in his career by unveiling the official music video for “Simplicity” as follow up to his recent release “Fishscale” produced by AListFame. The clip, which is directed by Guru Media Group, matches the audio’s emotionally charged theme of appreciating the simple things in life.

Lihtz debuted on the hit series show ‘Empire’ Fox on October 7th. Lihtz landed this role through an actual audition where he and a few other candidates tried out for the role in front of a panelist of Fox directors. Lihtz character on the show is actually attached to new cast member and “Rising star” Bre-Z. Bre-Z, who plays, “Freda Gatz” on the show is a young talented female rapper who had a rough upbringing and is seeming to gain interest from “Lucious Lyon”, (Terrence Howard).

With all eyes currently on Lihtz, there are rumblings of major recording contracts in the works. This is sure to be augmented by collaborations with the likes of Fat Joe and fellow Philadelphia native Meek Mill. With the world at his fingertips, it is safe to say that there is nothing simple about the life of Lihtz.
