Action Bronson isn’t your run of the mill rapper. The emcee may be spending most of his time these days on stage than in the kitchen; but his passion for food doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon.

The former chef went to one of New York City’s premier French restaurants in the latest installment of his Munchies series F***, That’s Delicious. Legendary chef Daniel Boulud prepared the French classic canard à la presse or pressed duck, an endeavor that takes five days to prepare. Bronson takes us behind the scenes as Boulud demonstrates the preparation that goes into this signature dish.  Finally, we are presented with the finished product or so we think. At the table the roasted duck is sliced, sauteed, and then the organs along with the bones are pressed in a ancient contraption, as the juices are captured from a spout and used to create sauce. The end result is a delicious dish; which even I am now dying to try.
