Obie Iyoha debuts his new single “Lost In America” birthed from the emcee’s forthcoming solo debut album Midnight Run [out January 22nd]. The song was produced by Chisom Uzosike.

On the official track, the talented artist speaks on the subject of peer pressure during his personal journey, which he was forced to engage into just to fit in, while at the same time having not having any type of guidance to lead him in the right direction.

The 25 year-old artist is the son of Nigerian immigrants and the youngest member of the hip hop collective known as The Black Opera

Obie says:

“‘Lost in America’ is a tale about the actions and consequences of peer pressure due to a lack of guidance. A looking-glass to going astray on the not so sunny side of America, as an African boy.”
