ET has exclusively learned that Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown has passed away at the age of 22.
She died on July 27th and was surrounded family at family at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia.

The Houston family in a statement exclusively to ET:
She is finally at peace in the arms of God,We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.
Bobbi Krisitina was found unresponsive in her bathtub on Jan. 31 after suffering an apparent drug overdose. She was immediately taken to North Fulton Hospital in Georgia, she was placed on a ventilator to assist with her breathing.
She was then moved to Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital where she was placed in a medically induced coma. Two months later she was moved into a rehabilitation center on June 24th and then into a hospice for her final days.

Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate. “We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.
Bobbi’s death comes 3 years after the tragic passing of her mother Whitney in almost shockingly similar scenarios. We here at THE SFPL want to extend our condolences to the Houston/Brown family. Bobbi is in a better place, may she rest in peace.
