Come thru Britney!!
Pop-star Britney Spears was always known for an amazing body, but fell-off a few times with baby weight in tow, and few personal life experiences. Now, she’s back in snatch mode once again — showing off her crispy abs, and well-toned body on the latest issue of Women’s Health Magazine.
Britney is now 33 years old and a mom of 2.
About her workout routine:
“Dancing is a great cardio workout. Tough and fun at the same time. I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch.”
Although, receiving quite a lot of criticism about her cover, and the accusations of heavy photoshopping — we think Brit looks great!
