Bruno Mars hit the SNL stage last night with Mark Ronson to perform two tracks off their forthcoming collaborative effort. If you somehow made it through those terrible skits performed on Saturday Night Live you were rewarded with two amazing performances from Bruno,Mark and the gang.
The duo first performed their new single “Uptown Funk” , a definite stone cold groove that folks of all ages can tap their toes to. They even manage to show some love to Trinidad James with the “Don’t Believe Me Just Watch” line.
Their second performance of the night they were joined by Mystikal to perform “Feel Right”. If the tracks Bruno and Mark performed are any indication of what we can expect off this new project, then we can’t wait to hear the rest of this album.
Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson definitely got something here with these new tunes. You got our attention, keep the funk coming guys, it’s definitely an old school Morris Day and The Time feel.
