_MG_9369Jim Jones, Slow Bucks, Lumidee & more proved Hip-Hop definitely has a heart yesterday, and it was on full display at the Bedstuy Multi-Service center for the 6th Annual ‘I Will Graduate Day’ pep rally.

Kids selected from schools from all five boroughs packed the Bedstuy Multi-Service center excited to see surprise celebrity guests encouraging them to stay in school and performances. Jim Jones, Slow Bucks, Ashanti’s sister Shia Douglas and singer/songwriter/actress Rachel Lorin each spoke the kids stressing the importance of graduating and getting a good education.
