As an avid fan of the Love & Hip Hop empire (Cause that’s what it IS!) we were pretty excited about the third installation, Love & Hip Hop Hollywood. Now, when most of these shows make their way to the west coast, it gets tricky. It can definitely be a hit or a miss. We love R&B Divas LA better than Atlanta (#ByeSyleena), But we hate Hollywood Exes now that Atlanta Exes is proving to be a bit more interesting and ratchet. The verdict is out which Basketball Wives we like better, but one thing is certain, after VH1 revealed it’s cast for #LHHHollywood It looks as though Mona Scott-Young has out done herself.
Just take a look at what’s happening here and peep the cast…
Ray J– Recording artist who has been romantically linked to several well-known names in recent years. Currently, he seems inseparable from his best friend and executive assistant Morgan Hardman. Ray doesn’t have an un-ratchet bone in his body, it’s about to go down!
Soulja Boy -YouTube sensation with his hit “Crank Dat,” romantically linked to R&B Royalty, Nia Riley, daughter of Grammy-award winning music producer/singer/songwriter Teddy Riley. SB is already my favorite, his bad sense of style and awful dialect is sure to make him a Reality TV star.
Omarion– Former lead singer of hit R&B band B2K, now pursuing a solo career while dating Apryl Jones, a backup vocalist. The two are currently expecting their first child. I don’t know that we are interested in O’s life, but we shall see.
Lil Fizz– Former bandmember of R&B band B2K who, although he shares a child with ex-girlfriend Moniece Slaughter, is thinking about settling down with his present love Amanda Secor. I mean …..
Young Berg -Grammy-nominated producer and musician. He has worked with artists such as Lil Wayne, T Pain, Ray J, Tamar Braxton and Meek Mill. This should be interesting to say the least.
Teairra Marie-Actress and R&B songstress and ex-girlfriend to Ray J. Popular for her hit song “Make Her Feel Good.” well, we love Teairra, we are here for every ounce of her being. We hope this gets her career off the ground again, because baby that plane has been grounded for a few years.
Hazel E –Former celebrity publicist, currently pursuing her own music career as a rapper. Um….
Yesi Ortiz– “Voice of LA,” DJ/ Music Director for hip hop radio station Power 106. We hear good things about her, she’s definitely gonna be apart of team “Turn Up” as is the case with most girls who don’t have a huge following.
Sincere– A premier club promoter in the Los Angeles area. I mean ….
Nikki Mudarris– A born and bred LA girl, Nikki is an heir to her family’s real estate fortune.
Apparently there will be more celebs who are supposed to come through and make appearances throughout the season, so it’s about to get real.
