    Over the weekend, with the support of NBC’s “The Voice,” ThisIsRnB.com and BMI, the “I’m Not A Minor” reached its third installation featuring R&B singers Sammie and Mishon and hosted by R&B crooner R.L., formally of the group Next.  With a surprise performance from LaTocha Scott, formerly of Xscape. The vocal celebration brought out Atlanta's music enthusiasts and tastemakers together to indulged in an organic, vocally stimulating experience. Latocha looks great!
