The stars came out last for the 2012 GQ Men of the Year Party! Held in LA last night your favorite Fly girls and guys were on deck to celebrate GQ’s Men of the year!

Fly girl, Cassie normally wows us, but last night she was lukewarm in this black situation. It’s just to busy, It’s 3 dresses and a pants suit all in one.

I’m not really sure what look Fly Guy, Big Sean was channelling. The kicks just took it in another direction. 

Common kept it simple and trendy in the season’s hottest color, grey. With a blazer, jeans, graphic tee and brown hard bottoms.

We almost didn’t recognize Fly Girl, Adrienne Bailon with those light blonde highlights,  in this trendy leather dress and black Christian Louboutin heel collaboration.

Ultimate gentlemen, Ne-Yo, kept it classic in a black button up, slacks, signature derby and dark brown shoes.

And our best dressed celeb of the night goes to …

Kid Cudi.

Clad in a tailored grey suit with black button up (loosely unbuttoned at the chest), no tie and black hard bottoms(with a fresh shine), Cudi looked effortlessly Fly.

Friday Evening, SFPL was cordially invited by Compound Entertainment to “Cocktails With Compound.” The dinner was an introduction to the ladies of Compound Entertainment: Adrienne Bailon, Loren Allred & Ravaughn. Mega producer and artist, Ne-Yo was on hand to introduce the ladies and give you an exclusive first taste of his new spirit Malibu Red.

The signature cocktail was filled with a boisterous flavor of coconut and silver tequila.

The dinner took place @ Philippe Chow, one of New York’s popular restaurants and invitees enjoyed the best appetizers they had to offer including their popular Chicken Satay  glazed in peanut sauce. The Cocktail’s continued to flow as Ne-Yo introduced the ladies and promoted his current film ‘Red Tails‘ which he invited us all to attend after dinner, complimentary of the head of compound entertainment.

Notables on hand for the dinner  included; Vibe Magazine, Global Grind, The Urban Daily, Hello Beautiful, Singer’s Room, Dr. Jays.com, Roc4Life and Pynk Magazine just to name a few.

We had a chance to sit and chat with the young ladies and from the looks of things, they have a lot in store for the music industry and world to hear.

From 3LW, Cheetah Girls, VJ’ing via MTV and The Kardashians, Adrienne Bailon is steadily at work. Gearing up for a new reality show on the Style Network starring herself along with Julissa Bermudez (BET), the latin bombshell expressed her love for music and advised us that she is currently working on new material with Ne-Yo. She doesn’t have a label home at the moment but there are offers on the table, in which she has to decided very soon, but wants it to be the right decision. Adrienne is also working on her very own clothing line, which will be mixed with bold colors, patterns and precise lining.

And what can we say about the soultry, beautiful Ravaughn! She comes to us with many years of musical experience where she found herself singing BV’s for the likes of; Nicki Minaj, Michelle Williams, Keri Hilson, Brandy and even a plethora demo material for the same artists listed and more. In the midst, of her major music workload she met Ne-Yo and after that it was history in the making. Ravaughn became apart of the Compound family. Ravaughn is also classically trained on the piano, which adds to her God given talent. She is definitely one of our favorites! So humble!

Peep Ravaughn’s current buzz single titled “Same Ol’ BS” ! Trust us, it’s dope!

We didn’t get a chance to catch up with pop/soul artist Loren Allred, but from what Ne-Yo explained, she is quite amazing!

The three young ladies will be bringing new music to the forefront very soon, so please stay tuned to SFPL for more info!

Adrienne Bailon and Emily B of VH1′s Love & Hip Hop hosted the official NYC launch of OR-G Vodka at new hot spot, WIP. Both dressed in turquoise (purposely ?) the two helped introduce the new brand to New York’s most influential taste makers and trendsetters. OR-G, is an ultra premium French vodka and persimmon mingling with papaya, mango and lime and is the official spirit of the female entourage.

Notables on deck included; DJ Tony Touch, Hot 97‘s Angie Martinez and DJ Juanyto, Def Jam executive Shawn “Pecas” Costner, America’s Next Top Model Alum Eugena Washington, Liris Crosse and Boxer Peter “Kid Chocolate” Quillin.

Everyone partied the night away sipping on OR-G cocktails while live installations of body painting. All in all a great night was had while everyone was encouraged to “Party Provocatively.”

The duo were working on the remix to Daddy Yankee‘s “Ven Conmigo”. We can’t wait to hear the finishing touches.

Last Night In NYC…Moet Rose Lounge And Kelly Rowland celebrate the launch of her new album “Here I Am”.

It was a fun-filled night as the ladies of DC reunited to celebrate with their sis. Hey King B!

Estelle met up with Kelly and Michelle Williams on the red carpet, in which they chatted up a bit.

Last Night In NYC…SFPL attended the Alize Mix Squad Launch Party Hosted by Adrienne Bailon located via Penthouse at Hotel on Rivington.

Alizé, the original premium French passion fruit liqueur, announced the debut of the Alizé Mix Squad, the first of its kind all-female DJ program. Comprised of Nina Sky, DJ Kiss, DJ Rashida, Jessica Who?, DJ Niena Drake, DJ Dimepiece and DJ Eque, the Alizé Mix Squad represents the hottest musical acts from across the nation – all of whom embody the Alizé credo that “Life’s More Colorful When You Mix It Up!”

Flowing throughout the skyline view Penthouse were specialty drinks such as; “Passion and Pagne”, “Alize Gold Magarita” and “Sex In The City”. The drinks were very unique and tasteful, which brought back that classic Alize flavor that we’ve all missed.

DJ M.O.S. was in the building to support his wife DJ Kiss. Love these guys! Very humble!

Designer LaQuan Smith was in tow as well.

Meeka Claxton (Basketball Wives) was there to lend her support for the event.
