Please do not think this was not done and recorded on purpose because it was..But I’m sure 1000 comments will flood in about how good Chris Brown is. I stand by my comments when I said he’s dong too much, too soon. If you pled guilty to beating someone’s ass in June, I’m not quite ready to see you cheezing it up in July. Anyways that’s just me. He’s hired the best public relations attorneys to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes dare I say, it’s working! SMH. It’s sad when people try to use someone’s death to rekindle their sinking career, but it’s even more sad when it actually works and people believe it’s genuine.

Forgiveness- if the guy made a mistake let us not judge him but give him a chance to make amends. As the old saying sums up what I am trying to say “The stupid neither forgive nor forget; the naive forgive and forget; the wise forgive but do not forget. Give him a break- he did wrong i do not dispute this- however he is supremely talented, Martin Luther king was a womanizer and Malcom X was a male prostitute as a teen and no one makes them out to be less great martyr’s for our people ” it all is wrong a sin is a sin and our judgement is sinful as well!!

I’m sorry but Chris got my vote. @ soleblast…thanks for that post…and all along I thought that because I was one that forgave but didn’t forget that I was a fool because I was still maybe harboring something…because I never forgot it. But really I used it to learn and move forward. So all along I was just a wise person…lol. Not to make light, but we need to do the same for Chris, he really is talented. I know he is no MJ, but watch this…and take heed…

Ok gucci but he should get atleast a temporary pass!I mean cmon, say Lebron James were to haul off and pop his girl in the mouth at the club. Its all over the media “LEBRON JAMES-WOMAN BEATER”The next day,Michael Jordan dies!Do you expect this young hoop star to remain silent and “lay low” because he was portrayed badly in the media?NO!because Michael Jordan is one of the greatest hoopers ever and hes gonna wanna comment on the loss of one of his Idols despite everything else going on in his life.So yes, chris brown did a bad thing, but let him celebrate the legacy of someone he considered an Idol in peace!Put the differences to the side for a moment!
At the end of the day hes still a great performer and the world still turns.Move On!

First an foremost, Soleblast I hope you are not trying to compare Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X to Chris Brown because that would be a FORCE. Granted those things may very well be true but let’s keep it in context. I NEVER SAID CHRIS BROWN SHOULD NOT BE FORGIVEN. What I did say, is that he needs to stop being so public, so soon. Like I said, he plead guilty to beating a woman’s ass in June and now in July you want everyone to forget about it? Are ya’ll serious? If I beat the shit out of your mother, and a month later acted like it was all to the good, I guarantee you would be singing a different tune. So let’s not even go there. **HOWEVER**
I’m also not saying that he does not have the right to honor his idol. Chris Brown is not the only person on this earth that loved Michael Jackoson folks. I love MJ too, but I’m not going all out to make everyone notice that I loved him! He’s being very public about it for a reason. HELLO? First the song with Game, then the public dance routine…the almost performance at the BET Awards. Are you oblivious to the fact that he has hired a public relations attorney to revive his image? That is a FACT. EVERYTHING he does publicly since the day he beat Rihanna is well calculated. Look into it before you come at me! I KNEW this would happen from the moment I posted my comment. PLEASE READ what I am saying before you jump to conclusions. AND P.S….talent does not mean free pass! Wow the world we live in is so fucked up its sad. Yes you killed my mother yesterday but since you are talented, you get a free pass. UM, NO. There are plenty of other talented people out there that can do what Chris Brown does and better. My goodness, he is not GOD people. Let it go.

I forgave Chris Brown a long time ago. If anybody should give a MJ tribute it should be Chris Brown!! In fact he has already given one, back in 06 at the World Music Awards where MJ received the Diamond Award and Chris Brown performed Thriller just for him. And I hope Chris Brown is given another chance to pay tribute!!

@ Gucci no one is comparing the 3 I said that what they did didnt tarnish there rep and it was Just as Bad!!! Yes we all have known someone in abusive relationship but when did they Leave? Even after going to the police getting a report or order protection to be right back in the same position this wasn’t the 1st time they both got physical with eachother obvioulsy this is Just a time they got caught garuntee Rihanna would have still been there if this wouldnt have got out… What about doing something for our community to stop the violence period (IN OUR COMMUNITY) not the famous Lets protest to force these people who get arrested for domestic violnce into programs or really off the streets we have petifiles living with in 2 to 3 block radius but we so focused on other peoples lives and they not concerned about us for 1sec. Who are we to Judge and take life from anyone who made man,who do you think u are God I dont think so. Judgement is a sin as well.

    @ Soleblast

How do you know this was not the first time? Short answer is you don’t, but lets assume it wasn’t. This attack from Chris Brown was obviously the worst one. Rihanna ended up passing out and screaming for help according to the report. Judgment is a sin but guess what so is beating a woman’s ass to the point where she passes out. It’s so funny how Chris Brown ends up looking like the victim to you people. The REAL victims are Rihanna, and all the other women in domestic abusive relationships. The example we are setting is that it is OK to beat someone ass so as long as you say sorry and have “talent”. That is disgusting and everyone who continues to support that mentality should be ashamed. Period. So don’t give me that BS about how God wouldn’t like him to be judged because the same God wouldn’t approve of him beating a woman’s ass. Forgiveness takes TIME and as far as I’m concerned that means more than 1 month. He has not given anyone enough time to miss him enough to forgive him.
