In 2012, 47 made her musical debut with her co-produced mixtape, LK-47, which featured hip-hop heavyweight Bun B, and fellow Brooklyn musician and fashion visionary, Curt@!n$. The mixtape’s singles “Miss America” and “Heard Em Say” consecutively attained “Song of the Week” on BBC 1Xtra’s“Sarah Jane Crawford Show,” in addition to music reviews and features on MTV.com, HypeTrak, Highsnobette, 2DopeBoyz and MixMag. 47’s emotionally driven falsetto, story-telling ability, and enchanting music production are quickly building her as an unmatched emerging talent.
