The Fly Guys were invited to an exclusive Heineken event on this past Saturday, and it was definitely something to rave about! The Heineken Red Star Access Tour traveled to Basketball City, Pier 36 in New York City. The evening was hosted by comedian Affion Crockett and included performances by popular hip hop artists Wiz Khalifa and French Montana.

Bronx-native French Montana returned to his hometown for a 35-minute that included his hit singles “Everything’s A Go” and “Pop That.”

Headliner Wiz Khalifa hit the stage at midnight for an energetic 60-min set that included favorites such as “Homicide,” “Taylor Gang,” and “Black and Yellow.”

Local celebrities in town and spotted in Heineken’s VIP section included Jennifer Williams and Bridget Kelly.

During Red Star Access, Heineken showcased their limited-edition collaborative products, which included t-shirts and snapback hats designed by New York-based brand, Rocksmith, Black Apple, and New Era, and LA-based brand, Diamond Supply Co. Also at the event, entertainment stations were set up including a game zone, photography station, and an audio mixing zone powered by the djay app, Algoriddim.

Heineken Red Star Access is an annual summer program that showcases music’s hottest and freshest experiences nationwide. The tour kicked off in Chicago with performances by Nas and Pusha T, followed by stops in Atlanta with Trey Songz and Kendrick, and D.C. with B.o.B. The tour continues to its final stop in Philadelphia next month.
