    Looks like Tyler Perry is taking his acting chops up a notch with an exciting action thriller. This is definitely a different theatrical move for the director/actor, but it may just be the movie to show his versatility.

    ALEX CROSS follows the young homicide detective/psychologist (Tyler Perry), from the worldwide best-selling novels by James Patterson, as he meets his match in a serial killer (Matthew Fox). The two face off in a high-stakes game of cat and mouse, but when the mission gets personal, Cross is pushed to the edge of his moral and psychological limits in this taut and exciting action thriller.

    I, for one, am definitely going to see this movie…. But I will first go to see Madea’s Witness Protection, then I will purchase the books so I can get an idea of what’s going on in the movie so that I can be well prepared for what I am going to see.
