From 3pm Saturday Afternoon to about 9:45 that Evening, Heineken took over the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The Heineken Inspire Concert Series swept into town featuring performances from J. Cole (who was the special guest of the Evening and completely ROCKED the Crowd), DJ Diplo ( who made the crowd MOVE) , Cee-lo (who’s single “F*ck You” could be heard all over Manhattan as everyone knew the words and sang quite loudly, lol), And the Legendary Nasir Jones (who controlled the crowd with his rather impressive catalogue of hits from beginning to end).

We walked in around 4:15 and as would be expected there was plenty of Heineken on deck to go around, accompanied by hot dogs, Jamaican beef patties, tacos and pretzels. With an assortment of DJ’s including DJ Pete Rock and Dj Roxy Cottontail the place was Rockin! The key ingredients were definitely set for a good time.

And a Good Time it was…

Notables on deck included Omarion, Amber Rose, Tyson Beckford, Anthony Mackie, DJ Mos, and The entire Heineken Brand Management Staff.
